It is still too early to say anything about fighter revamp since it's not done yet. Everything can be changed.
For tank spec, aiming raid tanking:
KoS:
str 4 4 8 8 2, wis 4 4 8 8 2 and agi 4 4 8
When tanking orange epic named, contested avoidance is useless such as defense, parry, deflection, etc.
For example, I have 53.2% base avoidance selfbuffed. When I was tanking Pentaclypse, only 1 melee hit was missed out of 164 melee hits from Penta. There is no point to get contested avoidance in KoS tree if you are going to tank raid target.
The only things going to help you survive the orange epic named are deflection chance, hp and chi.
EoF and TSO trees: Pretty much similar to other posts.

You are stupid, altruism alone has probably saved our raid like at least 100-200 times. Before my plates started getting crit mit the damage they were taking was just too much to keep them up. It also help for learning encounters. And my offensive spec fucking owns.
