Not only in pvp is it a worse choice, It will ruin your dps output. It will ultimately make you an easy kill and drag down your group or who ever you are playing with.

Monks have tons of control effects, Knockbacks, and very situational based spells. You need to study all of your spells and from that realize when its best to use skills. Just plain dpsing is way different.

Regardless , Macro with 20 combat arts that you spam?? You are taking the least efficient playing style path that requires the least skill.

Don't think just because monks aren't on a pvp server that it means we don't know how to PvP or we don't know the skills we use every day.... We duel. We love it. If it really was that simple to play this game we would only have 1 button that spammed every button we had. only 1 button on our hotbars. the whole "no no , you don't understand. Its a pvp server" makes you look like an even larger clueless twit.

get a hot bar timer, Use your quickest cas on your hot bar then spam it. dont mess around with knock downs or any other bs... i do 5-9k dps witout my myth....

this post has been dead a long time, as for me being an idiot in pvp for macroing.. Bull shit, shears has been retired awhile but he pvp'ed just fine using my macro. Yeah and for saying if you dont know how i use the macro dont diss it.. ill enlighten.. I havent remade the list since the changes to spell names so do your own upgrades.. on second thought i let my subscription expire.. so basically start out with chi as primary and toss a couple debuffs, attacks, , then stun. knockback few more attacks stun. etc etc. important to end with a stifle so you have time to refresh your ca's . Rarely would many survive one round through macro. If i decide to renew and play again ill post the macro setup which works great. Untill then feel free to flame b/c i wont be reading untill next time im super bored! Peace
