Add all the upgraded jewelery from Ward of Elements. I think its important as well to sort items in a tank/dps style for effectiveness and items should be ranked better in order of desireability.

Tanking Legs:
Best Item
Better Item
Good Item

DPS Legs:
Best Item
Better Item
Good Item

Weapons need special treatment, including non TSO weapons. A list ranking them in order of effectiveness would be really nice. Example:

#1 Coupled Hammer of Distrust
#2 Nightmare Wraps
#3 Void Knuckles
etc...
