Default Macro's and Casting order

I was wondering if i could get any info on what skill macro's you guys use and the casting order. Way I have been doing it is start with lightening palm followed by crane flock / biting cobra. After that though I find myself just spamming whatever is up... popping in aoe's when there are multiple mob encounters. I currently dont have any macro's set up.. was looking for some input on this.. is it best to put all our debuff's on one macro? Any info you guys give will be much appreciated.

Mind explaining some of that? I rolled a monk alt and wouldn't mind improving my DPS.

No macro's needed for general PvE dpsing and certainly no spamming. I apologise for my laziness but I have posted before on this so will just pop in the link rather than retype it all.

Generally I go debuffs, dots, and long reuse high damage followed by others. I prefer to use long reuse first as you have more chance of seeing them more than once per fight.

Generally speaking, macros are far more likely to drop your dps than to raise it. Better to manually click each button as needed.

I only use one macro on "body like a mountain" to toggle it on and off.

line one is the spell, line two is:
/clearabilityqueue

have fun
