So... can anyone confirm what Blanka was saying about there being a cap on the reduction in recast timer for our heal?

I have the TSO x4 four piece bonus reduction. Currently, I have spent 2 points in heal in the TSO tree. Is that the cap?

I know I could try spending the point and see what happens, but I don't want to have to reset my spec if indeed I am at the cap. (Due to the fact I have used the reset thingy to max out the TSO tree with less than 200 AA)

Any confirmation would be appreciated.

The reuse cap of any CA/spell is half of its original reuse timer. For heal, reuse cap is 1 minute and 30 sec.
