To answer your question, Tribunal for tanking, if you don't mind going exile Anashti or Zek for dps.

I'm happy with Bristlebane on a PvP server, but only because of Mischief Maker (take this, mezzers!).

Besides, the increased pet AGI is a plus.

I went with Qullious. Pretty good rp if of course you do that. And the wisdom boost helps I believe in some way. Course this is my first monk so I could be mistaken. The heal and mezzes are nice for when yer group rips agrro from you as well.
