Default monks in ward of elements

Alright question is it better that a raid goes in with 2 monks or leave the spot unfilled and only have 11 of 12 slots filled for the entire raid. At least thats whats some of the guild is claiming.

Of course filling the last slot with 2nd monk is better than keep it unfilled. The only issue is about loot with 2 monks. But honestly, it's so narrow minded if that's the reason.

Or maybe the 2nd monk is way under geared, or bad reputation, etc.. If so, I can understand why the 2nd monk was ignored and didn't get in.

Since when did we start running uncontested avoid through the avoid checks jackass? Are you making up new rules now? Uncontested avoid has ALWAYS been the total added up.

I could understand this if the second Monk is always dieing to aoe's or if he is a terrible player that keeps wiping the raid.

2 Monks > 1 Monk and empty slot.

Have your friends/guildies put their egos in check bro.

Doesnt matter a second monk over an empty slot adds dps that you would otherwise not have, hell id take a second guardian just to fill a blank spot.

Gear - the patterns are for multiple classes so that wouldnt be it either. *shrug* unless like the whole raid force didnt need patterns. dunno.

It was personal as anything else holds no water.
