Very rare seeing them for sale on Unrest. Im on 3-4 nights a week and last time I seen them for sale was 4 months ago. Hell people are buying the WoE offhand at 60p?

Hey guys thanks heaps for all the replies.

Hmmmmm gear wise I guess Im sort of mid range, certainly not even close to the regular posters on this forum, and same goes for experience and playing skill. Guess that's why Im looking for advice!

I have 2 full sets of T3 and 3 pieces of T4 (Forearms, gloves and boots). I use the hybrid 'Elemental Infused' DPS T3 set plus the T4 forearms and gloves set unless tanking, in which case I use the Lava Lotus T3 set and the 3 pieces of T4.

My Critical Hit self buffed is mid 80's, or high 80's if I equip the jewel of animosity. My DA is much lower at around 50%

I'm in a casual raiding guild and as far as TSO progression goes we have killed up to snake in ToMC, snot and the next boss after him (forgotten name) in GuK, and up to switchmaster in Palace. Perfect guild for me as Im only a casual player and can usually get a guernsey on the raid force. I tend to be in top 3 or 4 on our raid parses, but nothing like the parses that posters here achieve, mine would be around 6K-7K with 9K-10K spikes. Having said that it's a great guild who have helped me heaps - when I joined in April this year I was stillin all lvl 72 MC gear and not one fabled item!!

My CA's are all masters, and I time my CA's using sound prompts in ACT .....

Ok thats all the info that I think of about my monk, other than to say I really enjoy playing him

Fistwraps:

Base Damage = 108 -325
Actual Damage = 375 -1124
Actual Delay = 1.7
Proc Percent = 10%
Procs = 2.4

Mallet:

Base Damage = 62 - 352
Actual Damage = 214 - 1215
Actual Delay = 1.7
Proc Percent = 10%
Procs = 2.4

Also have to take in consideration in raids the Mallet will hit harder there because of higher dps modifier. If you are sitting way under even the soft cap when using a dummy vs on a raid i know on my monk it was about 35 base plus procs putting me up around 70 or 80 vs in raids (( usually had an inq and dirge when i raided on my monk)) was way over 125.

If you normally have heavy dps mod on raids that mallet should shine more there.

My initial thought was to see how much the 50str increased your primary weapon actually as it would also increase so there would be an offset but that is only about +5. So in raid probably best for DPS to use mallet, soloing I doubt you would even notice a dps difference between the two weapons.
