I hear ya on this fight but ever since i range them now then FD, i have yet to actually die from FD failing now. Test it out if you havent alrdy.....either that or im just lucky with range hitting it then FDing :D.

Thats actually exactly how i do it (ranging the mob then FDing), the guild i was in previously the brawler did it while standing on top of the mob, but i decided to range it incase my FD failed and i died so no one would have to go anywhere near the mob to rez me.

The last time I got upset cuz FD failed was back when I used to farm Chardok for blue shinys, and that run back down was annoying.

FD? Since fd does not do damage to a mob I have vowed not to use it. Feign death cheats my bruiser from doing damage and I wanna hurt something and not lay on the ground. Hell my bruiser is no opossum!!!

Yeah, you do remember deaths more, so the percentages are accurate, but due to probability you could get 10 deaths in a row, ya know.

Also, you know about resistantly, if, hypothetical, I had two FDs, one, lets say, in the 20s, and the next one in the 30s, and the 20s one was slightly better, by 1 or 2%, and this is hypothetically, would the 30 one be better, due to all those mechanics I don't pay attention to?
I ask this because I am interested in how monk FD works.

Also, is there away of tracking how many FDs you have done and how many you have failed?

Holy shit it's not complicated.

Look at your FD percentage. lets say for your character it happens to be 96%. Now type /ran 100. That is exactly how FD works. If you roll 96 or less then it works. If you roll above 96 then you fail.

And the only way to track it is to do it yourself.
