I just recently started to raid and was told that as a requirement I would need to spec Altruism. My current thoughts for the spec are



Help, constructive criticism or even a more proper Altruism spec would be appreciated!

Altruism would be alot more effective is death saves didn't all trigger at the exact same time.

Its not worth it, as crab stated people don't understand the mechanics of this game and stack death saves on tanks all the time.
Then when the tank dies they all trigger.
Ours is the worst death save in my opinion, it triggers the tank falls if he slow getting back up people are dying. Healers need to either use there own or not let the tank die, if they need a crutch then find new healers.

Now the aa spec if your stuck with it,
I'd do the following
Drop the 8 points out of wisdom

3 into crits even if your at 100% go over 100% if you raid
2 into claw reversal get it to 8 its uncontested avoidance
3 into preasure point

And change your agil line to 4,8,8,2,1, you dont need that contested defense as a raider it doesnt do jack the points are better spent in baton flurry.

But the best solution is do not take altruism.
