What kind of group setup you getting Norm?

highest named 3600+ i cant recall but it was well over 3k
avg raid heh really does depend if I do the true monk thing triggering pulling and such, mines been up and down since i can only really dps in two zones (EoF)
First floor EH 1700+, FTH 1600+ till the last name( I'm on coffin duty)
all others 14-1600 roughly it really does depend on group make up.

damn i really need a better 2h lol. i have yet too parse like that on any named fight using crane flock lol. then again, guilds i have been with usually make all fights duration fights =(

Honestly it is just because your gear sucks not your guild. Upgrade the stuff you wear and then get a dps buff and you'll see your dps shoot up bigtime. It is though about group makeup and around proc bonus and dps bonus. The roof seems around 2k even with a long fight or so dps non craneflock average and then you need to work on double attack to get higher. Ya people will say hey my monk did 4k+ on a parse but it was probably due to it being multimob with craneflock or they were tanking and tsunami was up too.

yea seriously my gear on my monk blows chunks compared too what some people have lol. that and my str isnt as high as it could be. i dropped about 50 points for another 600 HP since im not raiding it as much right now and i needed the HP for soloing. and yea i know what you mean about craneflock + tsunami. when i was raiding the monk originally i would intentionally rescue the mob, stand next too the MT (who was gonna use reinforcment in about 20 seconds anyway for whatever reason), go in the 30% range and say no heals, tsunami + outward calm, craneflock, instant 6k+ DPS parse in FTH w/ 200 haste and bout 100 DPS (yay dirge). fight prolly lasted like 50 seconds tops if i did that, and the trash in FTH had a lot of hp for what our raid average was at the time

Has anyone been onto Test with the new dual weld changes? My main concern is that Its really going to make for alot of bad timing with our mix of haste and the new delay. I am never going to get contested so with what is available will the big calamtie/thorn wrapped bindings/marr fist be a better choice vs razor gauntlets/baton?

I normally parse 1-1.2 k zw with a bad group as of buffs to nearly 2k zw in an ideal group. I know also though where I am full line wis/int spec the craneflock will benifit from the slower harder hiting weapons.
