Has anyone been onto Test with the new dual weld changes? My main concern is that Its really going to make for alot of bad timing with our mix of haste and the new delay. I am never going to get contested so with what is available will the big calamtie/thorn wrapped bindings/marr fist be a better choice vs razor gauntlets/baton?
I normally parse 1-1.2 k zw with a bad group as of buffs to nearly 2k zw in an ideal group. I know also though where I am full line wis/int spec the craneflock will benifit from the slower harder hiting weapons.
I think the changes will be really good for the low end game monks who can't get the really good 2.5 weaps so you should see an increase. Mind you I was talking to a monk today who falls into that category and he was expecting 300 more dps and well I am sorry but thats just not happening. You aren't gunna crit high enough with calamities to enter the upper echelon of monk dps but you will see an upgrade since you won't be wasting auto attacks.

I know with my build that the versakin club is a great weapon but every time I am down there on a harla run or just running down to check he is never up. I have always been so dissappointed with the lack of a useful 2 handed staff with the lovely animation they have with it. Oh wait they do it just drops off avatar of fear.

I am really disappointed with the 2 hander from TTR. Actually 2 hander just doesn't seem to be as effective, I have to see with the new changes if it gets any better. As far as the Fear staff goes the riposte proc thing is pretty sweet and it has a good damage spread but that Fear guy never pops.

That would be why he has a brawler-oriented weapon on him.
I just love the staff from ttr I mean who doesn't enjoy losing 200 mit so we can get a proc which gives us less dps than a master crafted ring. if only it gave more than 5 deflection then it would be uber
