Default Debuff Max/Cap per mob

I wasn't sure if there was a post already about this but I was curious about the max DPS, haste, str, sta, int, wis, agi and mitigation a mob could be debuffed before there wouldn't be a difference. If there is another post, please direct me to it; if not I'd like to know if anyone knows where I could find more information about this topic.

Thanks!

Default Re: Debuff Max/Cap per mob

Since no one has responded to this. I think the cap on haste/dps is 100% or basically a 50% reduction.

Mitigation was removed from NPC's and now the cap on mobs is +50% damage since mitigation debuffs increase damage potential now. What exactly is this mitigation # for each NPC. I don't know other then it is level dependant on the NPC.

Stat Cap reduction on NPC's means basically you can not reduce an NPC below 0 stats. This one is also hard to quantify since NPC's can all have different stats caps. The only way in game to currently see an NPC's stats is by charming and using possession to look at the stats of an npc, obviously impossible to do with epics. I always thought predators should be given some way to inspect NPC's stats, etc.

This is what i remember the developers posting when they made these changes.

Default Re: Debuff Max/Cap per mob

I scoured the Sony forums for the answers to this as well and found 50% below base to be the common confirmation.

Although, I will add my own interpretation here:

If a mob is hasted by 25%, then you can (I think) remove 75% worth of ATK speed off him. So there may still be value to stacking debuffs.
