DO NOT BOLSTER on EH Challenges

Ya so lastnight I screwed a floor challenge for bolstering myself...Mobs popped and depopped... Luckily it was only the first floor.

So when did this change?

im pretty sure it wasnt because of bolster, prolly someone's pet accidently engaged or you had a buff on you which didnt count towards your own actions.

I have used bolster on EH trials for a while and it has not broken the trial, probably was something else. Just make sure it's on before the trial starts else u will break it for sure.

Yup i definately had it on before i initiated the Trial....no pets where up....not sure..

Most likely want happened is you were casting bolster when whom ever activated the mob, you were hit by the stun, focus kick in and you started to recast, you casted bolster on the person, apply a benefical buff, which negates the challenge and breaks it.

Pretty much you need to do all actions prior to pulling the mobs, this has happened to other guilds and want not. Like a cleric casting a reactive, they work if casted before a person pulls, but if the stun starts to recast it and it goes off. BAM you lose the encounter.

Here was my course of actions...

- Group Ward
- Single Ward
- Bolster

Then i clicked and initiated the challenge..
the popped then they depopped with an unfriendly message sayig sorry your suck come again

Best way is to check your parse from it, could have been anything from someone procing healing blanket while buffing u to mark of nobility etc. Since u did the trial yourself then none of your own spells would have broken it except (perhaps) dogdog.

casting the Umbral attendant is my favorite party spoiler when i am doing the trials. The dog usually breaks trials for others.

I did a trial yesterday with Bolster on and it didn't break. Keep in mind I did bolster before clicking to start the trial.
