At work and don't have a screeny, but basically it makes a ghost clone of whoever you cast it on, and follows them around til it dies.

And what exactly is the mechanics? The wording isnt clear enough and i simply doubt between ward, stoneskin or something else..

Absorbs 50% of damage done to the person it was cast on and surrounding players until it expires (either time wise or hitpoint wise)

ok, thx for the explanation. And its damage ratio is 1 to 1, meaning 1 dmg target takes results in 1 dmg to the clone? And as far as i understand the clone's hp are the base hp of the target+group buffs? Is it castable cross-raid or in the group only?

The damage ratio is 1 to 1 yes.....it's basically a straight 50% aoe intercede for as long as the ghost stays alive

that would probably help it alot.. Other wise. another wasted spell ;-D.

I really enjoy this spell. It keeps my tanks from taking a huge spike on a pull, especially once that includes some distance.

Nice to a have another spell that boosts utility of our class. The only thing that kind of stinks is it won't help on your heal parse, so you lose any where from 12 -15 k dmg you countered on that parse.

Overall very satisfied.

I hope it gets somehow added to the parse, but if not too bad...i really just tell people to STFU now a days when they say "You werent in the MT group i know but you should have been higher on the healing parse." Fine, i wont debuff or throw out my uber DPS (and by uber i really mean better than 95% of mystics, but probably far inferior to the 5% who beat me....who probably are all the people posting here :-) )

ACT picks it up, but it picks it up as another player that took a HUGE intercept for someone

So just look for the player in the encounter called Ancestral Sentry, and how much dmg he took.
