I have 4 items with BA 1 on them, reducing casting times by 4%. I like the idea of this, but was hoping for more in line with 10-20% total reduction in casting times, so was wondering if anyone had any idea of any good locations for this kind of gear, any links to share etc.

No that BP is reuse time. Get the robe from shard of fear. it has 10 percent increased casting time. Then you have Oiled Leather boots from Maidens with 2 percent. Also each faction merchant in Jarsath Waste sells a item each with 2 percent increased casting speed.

Ah cool I thought that BP was reuse. No need to get it then. Robe is still superior :/
