How common are the 71+ mystic masters?

Hi,

Well, since the expansion came out, I have seen in total 2 mystic spells on the broker (the disease dot and the STA/STR debuff, both useless).
I've pretty much been doing instance runs every other night, and usually more than one per night.

Our group have gotten just about every other classes spell but mystic. Even when it comes to the adept 1's that drops, mystic ones seems to be really rare even there.

Is it based of the low player base of mystics thats over lvl 70 on Nagafen? I really don't understand what the big mystery is. The expansion has been out since November 13, 2007, and to not see a single mystic spell drop under this period is just nuts.

Is it just me, or does anyone know why this is?

I noticed the same too. I mostly see Templar-masters and warlock-asters...and yes i think its annoying too.
When you raid its mostly scoutdrops or Inq-Tempdrops.

Maybe im just unlucky..lol.

i currently have 2 master one.... the autorez and cure ancentral balm... and the other mystic in my guild has the grp heal and one other.. can't remmeber what it is but between the 2 of us we have 4 different spells, so they do drop

What do you know, today a Mystic master dropped. And I got the AE mez, Spirits...

ANyway, guess I should be happy about it, but how i wish it was one of the wards instead, or maybe the sentry.

Ive got 3 masters.
Ice Age ( hardly use )

I guess the Sentry is ok...but id rather have a heal or ward instead of those other two.

On the Splitpaw server the mystic masters are quite common. I have got 19 71+ masters so far.

I've also seen the regerating ward buff master but my guildmate bought it.

I do agree though, mystic masters aren't common at all.

According to eq2players Splitpaw has 89 71+ mystics and Nagafen has 62.

The mystic masters seems to drop in groups that im never in

And ofc if you are in a hardcore raidingguild you usually get alot more money to be able to buy your master.

Atleast some hardcore guild here give their members around 300plat a month to get masters for. I guess i would have had a few by now too then
