Yo all you raiders out there shed some light.
Some questions for you raiding mystics. I want to PVP heal as a mystic as wards are cool and very discouraging to fight against. And I figured all of you raiders would be the group to go to for answers. I looted the M1 of my group ward the other night base ward amount is just under 4k. That seems weak IMO, I want to make it around 6k, is there any way to do that? I am having the 2 +45 adornments made, been runnin maidens to get that neck with +5 heal crit and +45 to heal. Almost done with the fabled quest item in KP with +75 heal. It seems as though chain items with +heal is very rare.
1. What other gear should I be seeking out to inc my +heal?
2. Is there any decnet +cast/reuse time gear that I can awquire?
3. Do you wear the overloaded heal gear?
4. Is there a good cloak to get that has + heal? I can't find one past lvl 62.
FYI mystics PWN IMHO.

50% of the heal or ward is the cap if I remember correctly.
So a 300 point heal can be affected by 150 + heal.
If I am wrong someone please correct me.

has anyone been able to max out there wards yet? with the + heal?
Can wards crit? If so how much can they crit for?
