I've heard the best food/drink comes from EH. I never saw the recipe drop when we were farming at the close of EoF (when I joined the guild) and they always wanted the poisons so can't say for sure.
Halasian Ice Brew
Recipe (sometimes) drops from the bartender in unrest (don't forget to pick up the whiskey!!). +22 to Str/Sta/Int 5h34min book lasts for 5 combines (that's 25 drinks if your provi isn't brain dead)
for the 5 combines you need: 5 whiskeys, 50 xegonberries, 50 soaring coffee beans, 50 rosewood kindling
Fiery Magma Infusion
To fish the magma fish outta the lava in skyfire you need the tinkered collapsible fishing pole . I believe your fishing has to be 400 as well. Luckily they can be bought off the broker too. Drink lasts 10 min and is +50 spell/ca dmg. For a stack you need 10 magma fish, 10 smoldering material, and 30 redwood kindling.
For mystics wanting str for dps
If you can reliably get the ice brew do it otherwise go for Rilissian Stimulant Brew (5 hr +13.2 Str/Agi) it's the only 5hr str drink I know of. For a stack you'll need 10 prawns, 40 torsis tea leaves, 20 aerated water, 60 redwood kindling.
Str food would be Cranberry Tea Cake (5hr +17.8 str). For a stack you'll need 20 cranberry, 50 succulent, 10 dough, 60 redwood kindling.
For mystics using spells to dps
Again the Halasian Ice Brew if possible, otherwise you have 2 choices: Di'Zok Tranquil Tipple (5hr +13.2 Wis/Int) or After Dark (5 hr +13.2 Sta/Int). For a stack of the Di'Zok you need: 10 lichenclover roots, 40 succulent, 20 aerated water, 60 redwood kindling. For a stack of After Dark you need 10 cabilis cocoa beans, 10 torsis tea leaves, 10 aerated water, 60 redwood kindling.
Int food would be Steamed King Prawn Dumplings (5 hr +17.8 Int). For a stack you'll need 60 prawns, 10 succulent, 10 dough, 60 redwood kindling.
The prawns are used a lot and getting them is a matter of luck (I tend to fish up more barracuda 
). So your cost might be lower (and your cook happier) if you provide some.
