The 3% Heal Crit adornment is nice, but the +45 heal mod adornment is better in my opinion. If you use the scroll of benediction to increase your Heal Crit 3%, it will not stack with the crit adornment, but it will stack with the heal mod one. That way you get the best of both worlds!
