Stanima Tree, Line #3, Block Harm Bugged.

It only Adds 1% Block on the First point, then the other 7 Add only 0.1% Block, BUGGED

Please Send Feedback and or Post on forums, needs fixed.

Well he might be right about it being bugged or not ... but even when i had the sta line (which i just respecced out of like a few days ago, i get enough DA anyway!) It wasnt for the shield, cause i only use the shield on fights i really need a specific resist and cant melee reliably for the Star of Malice to be what i use.

So its not even worth it for me to care about this ... theres way more issues that i'd like addressed ... like he posted about Lunar Attendant.
