Recent Bug Groups have crappy RAID Tanks and some have amazing fabled ones, is it always like this? All this makes me wanna go Defiler... just so I can heal better.. ARFG!...

good gear makes a huge different when healing pug..especially with tanks who can't hold aggro. The right gear does most of the thinking for you as long as you are casting the right spells.
