Default Soft and Hard caps

I've been looking for this information for a bit but haven't had much luck finding any. Does anybody know what the soft and hard caps are for the base stats and resists for a Mystic? I'm wondering if I have to many points in wisdom and should focus more on finding items that have stats in other areas...

depends how you wanna play your toon but I know the more wisdom the better, even with a cap our myth turns 30% of our wisdom in heal mod

I heard the hard caps for stats were like 1200. Possibly 1220 (There is a formula out there somewhere). But recently, I heard from a friend who knows a dev (yeah one of those types of things) that the real hard cap is 1500.

Specifically, they were talking about the cap on int increasing a casters damage. I assume that would apply for melee types and str, and mystics and wisdom as well. Has anyone else heard this? Or has anyone tried to find the real cap through trial and error?

The current str,agi,sta,wis,int cap is (15 x Level) + 20. So, at level 80 your stats cap at 1220. However there is an issue with values that exceed 1220 in that you continue to gain from 1220-1350 and then from 1351 to 1500 you lose the unintended gain.

Yes, if "real hard cap" is defined as the moment the very next point has zero affect whatsoever on your character then 1500 is it. But, that is too literal since 1350 is currently where increasing your stat is no longer beneficial.
