is the attack speed via Haste or merely +attack speed? b/c haste makes it useless as you should have your shard armor DPS set gloves for haste (and haste doesn't stack).

also do you remember the name of them? :P

if it is 35 then it is haste not attack speed. I don't think I have seen any items outside of instances that are more than +3 attack speed.

It's the Swamp Stomper Leggins, and they are definitely Haste not attack speed.

The WoE Elemental Conquerer molds are really good for DPS.

yeah, the generic chain melee shard gear is perfect for DPS. wear the t1 or t2 till you get the WoE patterns (for t3). I don't think there are many pieces better than those, tbh; and the set bonuses are quite nice

And don't forget the shard-zone dropped jewelery is nice (as well as some of the t1&t2 shard jewelery)
