Stoicism is pretty much the best thing ever. Put it on the melees when they behave badly too!

Whats the whole story here? was he/she solo healing the grp? were they taking any damage at all?

If their group was not getting hit much (if at all) then stoicism SHOULD be ~30% because any good mystic will cast it on the MT even if not in MT grp (so long as the MT grp has a defiler). So that will practically be the ONLY ward absorbing any damage in a fight.


But IMO as long as his group wasn't dying I'd say his heal parse doesn't matter.

heal parses aren't the end all as most of us know.. does your grp stay alive, do you cross heal/cure when needed, etc.. thats what makes you and yes using everything you have in ur arsenal is huge.. stoicism works great on choker casters etc too... absorbs their damage and heals them up.. many uses for it really and like posted above can toss on MT to help out there tooo...

Possibly the best thing ever. AFAIK this is the only beneficial spell in game that has targetable (not a self lockdown) CC attached to it. Cast it on melee DPS when an AE is coming and watch them squirm!

(ok, I've never actually done this in combat, and as a former brigand I don't condone it, but it's definitely there if someone does start acting douchey!)

It was also hilarious during VP post-wipe races back to the named's room... back before they added more respawn points. Super bonus points if you have a private vent bind to another mystic and can coordinate a perfectly spaced out dual drive-by Torporing to get maximum effect. They'll probably find and cancel the buff, but that shit is guaranteed to get someone whining in vent. ;p
