those were the days...
I still remeber getting my first rare! (which wasn't labelled any differently from normal mats...) a blackened iron cluster!!! Then I sold that fucker for ONE GOLD! HELL YA! I was rolling in the dough for a while after that bad boy sold (this was back when rares were actually RARE, taking days to find ONE, not a stack)

armor quests were the SHIT! Everyone was doing them...and I agree there was such life and fun from the mysteries of EQ2 back in the day...

I remeber when I used to run my zerk to nek forest so my inquis could trade him all the Freeport only furniture he had bought and I dominated the furniture market with the Freeport Wooden Counter iirc. Shared banks you say? Fuck that we didn't even HAVE shared did we? I know for the longest time it was Good only or evil only anyways... And I will never forget class/subclasses....I really liked that aspect..

my first character EVER was a mage->summoner, not a necro, not a conjy, a SUMMONER

and crafting was my favorite back then...we had it all planned out...

I think the second sentence there is more the point, but i do miss shard runs and all that shit.

back to new mod and new topics:

we've had too many positive posts recently, about how hard we rock; we need to post something negative.
we should make a new, soon-to-be-stickied "Mystic Class Issues" thread, bitching about Oberon, Lunar Attendant, Armor and other things that are less than optimal; agree? disagree? I know we had a few of them previously, but they are scattered and old

yeah cant hurt but I honestly dont see shit changing, except maybe an AA option to remove the stun component from Oberon, or and AA option to make attendant worthy.

p.s. those AAs would ROCK! and Ive got a few other ideas that would help make Attendant usable :P

Oh wait, you were serious...is that even possible? I mean, I don't think that is possible...
Attendant only gets cast when you have a few people recently revived outside of combat and don't want to cast group heal. and then only if I remember it exists.

Right now, it is a 3.0 base casting spell with Self as a target that does almost zero healing. If it were a really fast cast, immune to AOE, and had a longer duration I might consider using it. Also, if its spell target were changed to Group instead of Self that would make it even more appealing since at least I could proc my gear on the entire group even though the healing component is relatively useless.

I really wanna get a mod so we can sticky what needs to be stickied and ready to ban/lock/delete shitty posts or posters (they will undoubtedly strike again soon)
