It is working as intended and outlined exactly in my other post (
http://www.eq2flames.com/mystics/429...al-crit-2.html).
Taking the exact numbers you provided:
You appear to have a critical multiplier of 1.45 for your single target ward, which puts the effective critical multplier at 1.225. 4193 x 1.225 = 5136. Take away 43 heal mod, add 12% critical bonus and you get 4150 base without crit and an effective critical multiplier of 1.285 (1.225 + 0.12/2) which means your critical ward is now 5332.75 (4150 * 1.285) and rounds up to 5333.
Keep in mind that you lost one stat (heal mod) while gaining another (critical bonus). In terms of base vs. bonus it is roughly a 2:1 ratio because our wards only crit for 15% instead of 30%. 43 heal mod on a 2100 base spell is about 2% base or 4% bonus. So you really only gained 8% bonus (12-4) or 4% base (8/2) which is around what you measured. Although it doesn't work
quite like that since we're dealing with comparing non-linear post calculated gains, but I dumbed it down to make the logic easier to follow. Read the posts, study the math, and you will understand why I prioritized heal statistics and spells in that specific order from (

You should be using the Rune Etched Helm and get your BP from instanced Anashti or Ykesha to wear the 6-set for 15% bonus (5% from BP and 10% from set bonus) at the same time. Do not sacrifice either ward helm for a 6-set bonus.
