I'm going to go out on a limb and say that's all he did. Towards the end of my time in Kraken Davram also accused me of sharing my forum account information with a 3rd party and went on to say he had irrefutable proof as well. I had never given out my account information to anyone at any time and I rotate my passwords on a regular basis so yeah.
Just going from past experience with the guy here. I'm going to toss my vote with he caught 2 numbers that looked the same and took it as the word of God.

For example, I can run an IP search on Raacs, who is on Shawcable in Canada, and it will show 12 other users on this site who've accessed from the exact same full IP number. .

How many registered users? Have a duplicate in 100 users is a lot more than 12 duplicates in say 30k users.

It was Sinat's choice to impress and prove to his e-girlfriend Singingbeauty that he trusts her by sharing his account information. Whether he personally took the screenshots or not, he was still a willing participant and accessory. When someone like that asks for your account information and you give it, you have to have an understanding of the consequences.
To not act on the overwhelming amount of proof that we had would have been negligence. When it comes to Sinat's name, talk to Singingbeauty and not me.

But from other things I can check, I also know none of those people are related in anyway. You have to be familiar with the ISPs involved and understand the technology involved before you can say with statistical certainty that you have a match between different people on the same IP number.
I'm just saying, if all you did was find a match of one IP used by two or more people who accessed your site, that doesn't necessarily prove anything without more. In general, I never accuse anyone of posting from multiple accounts - or in your case accessing from an IP used by another person - without more than just one IP match, unless it was a hardwired DSL IP number to a residential address, for example.

Politics and drama aside LFG, I do appreciate the word. It hurts to lose any guild member, and for that reason I had gone through several steps over the last two weeks to take coincidence out of the equation. The evidence is stacked, however, when a given account is logged in from a new version of Firefox in Las Vegas, an older version of Firefox in Pennsylvania, Internet Explorer from San Diego, and lastly from an unresolvable anonymous proxy. It's even worse when the four cases above have happened all simultaneously, and certain sessions involved never post and only spam refresh strategy threads and the so called "drama" threads.
I did everything I could to try to prove that Sinat wasn't the guy. It hurts to lose a bard more than anything. I can only tie his involvement with Singingbeauty, I cannot account for the others who also may have had access as a result of her. Trust that I have more information than just IP addresses at my disposal and have delved into the full capability of cookie, browser version, session tracking, http access logs as well as the full multitude of tools that typical webhost and forum software provide.
This guy did it, and scripture isn't going to help.

Re: My Essay:
dav i suspected she did it to me i gave her my login back in december totally forgot about that. i didnt hold her hand in this nor want her to do this. if anything she used me. she told me to join kraken which i did because i wouldnt join onyx. she keeps telling me onyx are mean. i dont have the screenshots of it but its true. so i let kraken down big time and i actually support them kicking me. not because i did it willfully or knowingly. But Dav and the rest of kraken i truely am sorry about this. had i known that she was using my kindness just to get information on kraken i would have told her to fuck off already. i really suspected she did it but i had no proof. but i am thinking of giving my troub to kraken and stop playing. yes i've been talking to gaedii about that.
All that i ask for is forgiveness for being such an idiot. Dav and the rest of kraken i am sorry.

Re: My Essay:
Post proof, if it was indeed Sinat, not just post it was. If can't then, it is your word vs. his. Words basically mean nothing without proof.
