Look, when you go to PvE like that... Make a new hotbar... Put the following in this exact order:

Bloodcoil
Soulrot
Lifetap
Soulrot
Pandemic

Right click on all 5 of them and "create macro" then add a new step which is a command and should be this:

/pet attack

In combat click on the first hotkey, while it is casting click on the second one, while it is casting click on the third one, while it is casting click on the fourth one, while it is casting click on the first one and while it is casting click on the first one again and then you are back at the start and you can do this forever. Lifeburn whenever it's up and use horde on names when its up. Cast horde either on the beginning of the fight or if the mob have some kickass aes, cast right after an ae so that you maximize the duration. Your dps will go up by factor of 3 compared to what you are doing...
