This post is funny - in short

Onyx finally manage to kill 3 members of a Purity group and make a post to brag - Purity point out that if they made a post everytime they owned an Onyx group they would fill up the forum (regardless of reasons and excuses). Post moves onto hahahah we got Salsa (who left to go raid in easy blubie mode nothing to do with PvP) and Decampzer who only joined Purity to PvP cos he's US and were mainly euro .. wow

People die on PvP servers and all sides use miracles,blessing etc etc all sides whore fame and all sides will run if the group is dead around them and they can get away - hell why not especially if you know it's gonna piss the other team off.

Lol a set 1v1 is a whole nother story from out in the wild as a brigand, but you know this already right ? Altough if i were city aligned an had my pvp gear 1v1's would be a joke as a scout... for many reasons but since i know you know that already cause your not a noob thats a lost cause to talk about! And ashen ashen... is callis right? lolol nuff said

After being in Onyx for over a year, we're still made up of 75% of the same damn people that were here last Feb when we first started in EH and they come to raids. Even Etherian is back for the time being.

I ran the numbers. As good as I can remember, and using our DKP site, we have 78% of the people that were here back then.

Generally, the people who join Kraken and Onyx are people with more time than average on their hands, and people who like PvE content. Those who join Onyx or Kraken that don't feel that way, at least the ones I know, are the ones that get burnt out and quit (or take extended breaks like Etherian). Your guild pulls in the demographic that is willing to sit in front of a computer screen for 20 hours straight taking pulls on the same mob until you get it down.

That's great and all, but I don't see why such a feat would serve to feed your superiority complex. By the way, 1/4 of your guild is still a big number.

Brigand dps sucks ass unless you know what your doing... my illy owns my brigs dps 10/1 every time in group pvp... their a good gank class group is a whole nother element.

umm, killing someone 6v1 isnt an achievment, when you reach 1,500 kills gimme a shout, most people had that before they were level 40 without locking

This argument has been raised ad nauseum on the PVE boards since the beginning of time:

"The only reason that you guys can succeed at raiding and we can't is because you have more time than us, we have jobs and families and you don't, or you live in a trailer with your mom and don't have to work."

Bullshit.

Raid guilds are better at raiding than casual guilds because the members are more skilled at doing what they do. And that's because they are goal oriented, good with time management, are motivated, are able to work together toward common goals, and are willing to put forth the effort needed to succeed, period.

I'm pretty sure Kruhl spends more time in EQ2 than any other two members of my guild combined. Does that mean he can solo Trakanon? No, because time spent is only one part of the success equation.

6v1? You mean 6v6 where we killed your tank (a monk who's name is right above you on the recent list) and you and the other 4 DA'd. You didn't prompt the screenshot, the fact that your team left your corpse behind is what did. Also capturing what was probably the first and last time you left immunity without a perfect group.
