When was the last time you pvped enough to get all those tokens, and instead of picking what you wanted, you got some random item that may be awesome, but may be totally useless? That's what raid loot is like this tier. Nothing like a hard fight and going, WTF? That piece of shit is our reward? Maybe it'll turn into a mana!

Tell ya what then, lemme exile and join Onyx and I'll take all those patterns off your hands! I couldn't agree more that the T8 gear drops suck ass. They are horrid plain and simple. T7 was SOOOO much beter. The fact does remain though that it is still easier to get useful raid gear than to get pvp gear. The pvp writ system is so broken it's pathetic. I personally don't think the pvp gear should be EASY to get either, but right now its nearly impossible. T1 raid gear is utterly pathetic as well....I downright would refuse to use any of the brawler stuff because 100% my t7 eof set gear is better ten fold.

The real turning point will be the mythical epics. When most of the server is exiled and all have thier epics, the few diehard factioned people will be severely undergunned simply because of that. You guys I know have seen, or maybe even have acquired some of these weapons. There is nothing like them out there. Not even remotely close. I could care less tbh, but at some point it will be just suicide to go up against any opposing players, at that point pvp will die and this will effectively become just another pve server. Just think of bots as nameds that pop on a timer.

That's my only gripe. The mass exodus to exile has made putting together a solid x4 for some of these zones diffcult to say the least. Then stack on the fucked writ system and a lot of faction guilds are stuck plainly with that legendary gear, which does not even close to compare to the T8 VP gear I have seen. The gear will come into play eventually. It takes time yeah, but in the time it will take you guys to gear out a raid in these zones....each person in factions may (I say MAY very strongly) have 2 - 3 pieces of any type of pvp gear. The pvp gear isn't THAT good anyways.

Dakis we were just on our way to PR. We were flagged x4 but only had 2 level 77's in the 4th group. I did say in vent that I had to give you guys mad props for standing there and fighting that. Was definately not our intention there trust me. Thats why I like Onyx so much tbh.

Hey come on out. You can join any of the exiled guilds and get so many set pieces. Lets see...l

Onyx/Kraken.. OMG.. No set pieces from VP rightnow.

Also, most of the setpieces are shit. Take for instance the Brigand boots. I won them for a minimum bid of DKP. Why? B/c the Trooper Scale Boots are about 100x better than these pieces of shit. How about the Brigand Hat. Is it nice? Yes. Is it as nice as the Manipulators Hood from Protectors Realm? Nope.

Loot is so fucked up in this game that it's not even funny. Half the shit that we got the first time we cleared VP went for either minimum bid or got transmuted b/c it was shit.

Don't ever come on here and preach about shit that you don't know anything about. VP raiding right now is so fucking hard b/c of the LU42 update that it's not even funny and the only two guilds that are EVER going to see patterns are Kraken and Onyx, unless they change these two encounters.

PS. We're well into the 100 hour mark since LU42 in VP and we've had a total of 2 drops! Non of them were set pieces.
