So you are happy with the game the way it is and don't want to see it improved at all?
We have seen what happens when Onyx doesn't bring the perfect group makeup vs the Purity A team. Purity talks smack on the boards about how they "dominate PvP". At least you could have a Templar if you wanted one. It gets a little tired fighting double charm + sanctuary without the option to fight fire with fire.
If I had my way, exiles would have writs and pvp gear too, city factions would have access to all classes. Exiles have always maintained that they are only there for the pvp and the access to classes isn't an advantage. So if that logic is true, they lose nothing by trading class access for writs + pvp gear. I also would have made the only way to get achievement XP be by killing players, which gives people a really good reason to pvp and ties the advancement of their character to their ability to kill players.

When was the last time that Betrayed took down the Purity a-team group? Would it matter if you had a Templar?
I have an idea, how about you go back into EQ2, talk your guild leader into taking you exile since the game is dying, and pvp for the sake of pvping.
Everyone that raids knows that the loot tables are fucked up. Some of the nicest gear in the game drops in the first two tiers of raiding. If you're not a scrub guild, you can clear T1&T2 in a night. Then, you can take the rest of the week to show the server just how uber you guys are at pvp when you have all of the same classes.
PVP gear sucks? Then give it up and come exile. Come to the land of endless pvp options. Come to the faction that everyone is aggro.. That way, you can't sit at TG and Dregs with two groups that are not raided up.
Instance shit is just fine.. Instance+T1/2 raid gear=great shit.
PS. I also see that you only have 1 piece of pvp gear and it's the fear necklace. Just give your necklace up and come exile.
PSS. your regular gear sucks.
