So after all this LOLOLOLOL'ing over these "coordinated 24 person incinerate" burns or whatever the fuck Gnarkill thinks happened, I decided to actually go back and check the parse that I had kept from this fight. And as I figured, when the mob was almost dead and the "burn that fucker" call was made, a total of 2 people used god abilities. Yes, two whole people, lol. 1 Incinerate, and 1 Final Judgement (which wasn't even as large as a master strike, lol). I'll even count the fireseeds that they used too.
a glimmer of scale:
-1 incinerate for 36k & 1 fireseed for 13k
-accounted for
0.4% of all dmg done to scales, or the equivalent of
4.36 seconds worth of sustained scale extDPS
Nexona:
-1 final judgement for 5k & 1 fireseed for 11k
-accounted for
0.1% of all dmg done to Nexona, or the equivalent of
1.05 seconds worth of sustained dragon extDPS
That 1 second worth of deeps on Nexona was the critical factor, right? I mean, the fight had been going smoothly the entire time, but suddenly everyone stuck their heads up their asses, the encounter was falling apart around us, and we had one last shot to do eleventy bajillion DPS all at once, so we all turned around and shot giant fireballs out of our arse. Amirite? AMIRITE?? Heh, what a joke. After taking pulls on SolRo/Zek in EoF virtually everyone in Kraken has ruined their faction with any of the "big miracle hit" gods, nor have we ever relied those abilities to do anything since I have been a Kraken member last summer. If you believe for even half second that no one on this server thinks Onyx ever used diety abilities to kill a name then you're delusional, heh. From the massive struggle you guys had with the self-admitted "easy" VP 1.0 it's entirely likely that you've used them a LOT more than we have in the course of things. Jesus tittyfucking christ, you're all a bunch of morons. =)
