I imagine contesting an Avatar will go something like this.

hear in channels Onyx or Kraken is pulling avatars. Perhaps go out there to harass them, perhaps not, depending on who we have online. X25 of Everyone else shows up to kill us while we fight Onyx or Kraken... everyone stands around in immunity after dying, few people try to exploit other raids out of immunity, stand around some more, get bored call out. Kraken will leave dead toons under said mobs to be sure nobody else takes pulls on them.

Now, after reading that, I am pretty sure I will be busy during those times with just about ANYTHING ELSE in this game, or IRL, than to stand and watch idiots stare at me from immunity... I'll tell you how I know this is what happens, because it's what ALWAYS happens.

It is EASY to stop someone from killing an avatar... really easy. It's impossible because of the broken fucking mechanics of this game to keep people from stopping you from killing an avatar.

Only way an avatar dies on this server is if someone ninjas it before anyone else knows it's up.

So is that a no? I understand that there is a lot of staring at/from immunity that goes on during Avatar "contests".

Its fun to go in and wipe someone once but after that everyone stands in immunity. It has been happening since perma immunity hit the game.
