Only difference that would make is instead of 3 x4's running around, there would be 12 x1's. Effectiveness wouldn't change much at all.

The most reasonable solution would be to put a timer (15 mins maybe?)on acquiring the quest, as somebody mentioned earlier. Would prevent the outright unrestricted farm capability that is happening right now.

Any Qeynos person who comes to the writ giver and hails his pet (who has the internationally recognized name for needing to turn in a writ) is given a free pass to turn in. Same with Freeport, this way, if the Q's hold the writ giver, we don't have to port to Kunzar or another KP2 instance to turn in and get a new writ!
