if the underlying game code and server archtecture was tightened up such that 24v24 PvP was only as laggy as 2v2 PvP, Onyx and Kraken would be skipping instanced raids to wtfpwn eachother (and city factions) all night long. you could employ strategy and tactics. that would be... NEAT!

but there's a LOT of re-coding of the basic game engine before they can get there, and i just don't think that'll happen. it's such an extreme amount of work (speaking from a computer programming background) that i'd wager it's not even on SoE's radar afaik. a few bandaid changes might help, but they're never going to completely fix this kind of server-side lag.

raid PvP is a regrettable loss that "could have been" something beautiful in this game, but the mechanics just do not support it =(

I have been exile since the day they released it AND been on Naggy since the first week it was released...I was only in faction for like 3 or four months before that (only cuz they did not add it sooner) and I would never look back even if Teejay's whore gramma love slave payed me....

PvP gear is 20x easier to get then raid gear right now and do I care? No...Just hurry up and get it before they nerf your shit so we can all move on cuz with or without PVP gear 90% of factions still and will blow massive balls in pvp
