Fission going off twice due to mythical is one example of a ridiculously overpowered ability in PVP no matter the percentage chance of it happening. There are many more but I figured for someone as fucking dumb as you I had to provide atleast one example.

You should consider yourself lucky to see a second Fission.

However, I doubt you've seen any mythicals in PvP considering your Exile Boycott. Move along now Betrayed --- LOL~
