obviously it is not intended to port you into the middle of the air, dont be stupid.
using a broken game mechanic to your advantage is an exploit. you are using a spell in combination with something else in game to cause an obverse effect to the spells actual ability...ie you hit the jump button and cast safehouse at the same time. this causes you to port into the middle of the air or over a cliff and be able to stand there without falling.
Does this cause you an unintended advantage? yes
should it be considered an exploit? yes
soe tells you that you should report all game bugs to them to investigate and fix. if you continue to use that ability you could get banned.
When i was a little warlock on blackburrow and DOF had just launched, a group of people in a certain guild were using a bug in a warden buff that made them unable to take damage. they used it to power level their toons to 60. a week later they were either suspended or banned. why were they banned. because they used a broken game mechanic to thier advantage.
you are doing the same thing. just saying "if it wasnt meant to be that way, maybe they should fix it." does work. you are using an exploit, no matter how small of one, it is an exploit.
