WoW > eq2. In every way PvP wise. Anyone who disagrees is an eq2 fanboi who can't get over the cartoonish graphics.

I just ran out of content in WoW first. but, it has actual class balance and you can find PvP 24/7. EQ2 owns it in PvE content, but as far as knowing how the fuck to make a PvP game & buffing/nerfing/balancing of classes, blizzard completely dominates SOE.

That PvP system is straight fucking Korean MMO f2p system. The last freebie i was playing, the kong fu shit, ya same thing. You gank people you slowly get a darker red colored name. Gank a lowbie, it's fucking instant. If you die and you're a good little carebear, you dont drop shit. Get a blood red name? Drop something every death.

And after reading the straight korean MMO rip, i was worried at first with powerpoints. I thought they were just saying fuck it and creating an item mall.


The PvP system *COULD* be okay. But they really need to think of ways to fix shit. If a guildie is getting camped by lowbies, you should be able to go stomp their faces. If a lowbie is attacking you, you should be able to stomp his face. If a group is zerging you, you should be able to stomp their face. It seriously needs to take into account who innitiates combat. And the groups. If they don't do it right I'm just gonna bot a lvl15 and take him every where with me. One AoE and you're fucked.
