Only after AAs and buffs i think, While a Coercer have similar buffs and can use rapidity or whatever it is called? and cast it pretty fast too i think. I dont know the exact times after all buffs and etc... But the basic cast times i got from allakasam was 6 secs for both charms.

Nisox, have you ever FOUGHT Purity's group? If you haven't actually fought them you don't know how fucking devastating charm is. They charm 2 people after stacking you with arcanes and then you can't be healed.

They go through exactly what they are going to do before the fight and execute the same plan over and over and over. The only things that changes is who to burn down first and who to charm. Acolas is also pretty quick on popping his PvP belt when he's about to go down.

When i was exile for a period of time. They were out to gank me lol. Brommix, Acolas, Popsi, and Razor. I ran half the map in Kylong plains, I think acolass charm resisted 2 times, before it finally landed.

Have u ever fought Glucagons group? with him Mordrunner, symbiotic, ecedecces?

They instantly 1 shot 2 people in your group...

Hell have u ever fought bot groups nowadays with 5 warlocks? :p

They instantly 1 shot your whole group :D

Charm isn't gonna last more than 5 seconds in PVP.
Period.

Troub charm lasts a lot longer in PVP.
