That's because the players who were burned out already quit the game, the guild, or stopped logging in to raid -- a lot of them before you even hit t7 or t8. If you think Onyx still has the same make up of members that it did six months ago, then you're hugely mistaken. Until you've been on this server for over a year and know what's happening, you need to stop trying to sound informed.
