It's the guardian classes highest damage ability, 1min recast. It's the upgrade to the Flay--the T7 version of the same line.

I think that day we were grouped with Etherian who has belly smash in the warrior tree (ridiculous mit decrease ability) because it rarely hits that hard.

I dont have any chain items. When theres a 6+ people beating on you then survival is king and the extra mitigation helps despite it being nerfed to shit because of deminishing returns.

The only dispersion item I have are the plate dreadscale pants that has a 3% proc chance and can be found pretty much on every active pvping crusader--and the lucky warrior here and there. Mine were a gift though which I was and am still very greatful for.
