Actually that's the main reason I didnt join onyx for so long was because of all the shit talk that was said then towards us--I'm still not a fan of shit talking either which is why I dont do it or rarely do.
In fact the the only thing I do like about shit talking is when someone does it and they get shut up about it. The same way DoM did it to Onyx/Darkhand/Kraken/Nightwatch (Not nexus at the time because I dont ever remember fighting them x4 vs x4) and all the nonstop chatter in exile chat came to a screeching halt. The same reason way shit like this is still so funny:
But even after all that this is still a game meant to have fun and I wasnt having any fun in kraken. So something had to change. I told davram a few days if not the day I left that kraken doesnt belong on nagafen, it's more suited to venekor simply due to the fact it's a PvE guild that happens to have a few people that enjoy PvP and venekor supports that environment/mentality. While i was in kraken I got tired of hearing my voice echo asking who wants to pvp, or we need help in whatever zone with PvP. I didnt understand the whole instance thing where as soon as someone's done raiding go hit up every instance and camp afterwards.
- What is the point of getting gear if you dont use it?
- Why play on this server if you dont PvP?
Half the time I was PvPing with half groups of onyx anyways because my own guild (kraken) couldnt fill a 6man to do it. So i figure make the full transition and joined them and they were happy to have me and I with them.
Shef's easily one of the best pvp tanks I've fought with and against and I miss talking about stupid shit with him in vent cuz he's cool peoples. But as a group dependant class like a guardian you're only as good as your group and if that group only PvPs because it has to instead of wants to or "it doesnt really try in pvp or care about pvp" the way kraken claims then shit probably isnt gonna go too smooth.
