I was banned once for cussing at Gnarkill (not suspended) i had to call in twice, but I got it reversed. Remind them that you have another account you have been good on, or with few problems, and tell them you're a loyal customer since 2000 and EQ1(whether it's true or not)

Ive called in twice and due to the fact that the lead GM of everquest banned me it will stay like that. I installed EQ2 and called them today and then uninstalled when i found out i couldnt get pudaan back, it was a good waste of a couple hours though but now im back to being super bored and reading craigslists
