Why can't I get the final necro epic item? - Page 2

Now there seems to be a problem with Dartain for the last part of Mythical Epic. Not sure if anyone has had this problem.

Am on the part where you're supposed to get the final gem from him..but it doesn't show up in my inventory. Well anyways have petitioned it...and still no answer. Feeling like I can choke someone to death right now because of it.

WoW.. that happened to me last night when I went for my turn in on mine to. Did they ever get back to you and I petitioned immediately when it happened myself and am still waiting.

Thurs 3/13/08 - Update worked flawlessly in Seb. Clicked Orb while group fought the named. Killed Tosha today with a bruiser, dirge, fury, warden and myself. Ignored the adds and burned the named in a bit less than a minute and a half.

Now off for the mythical

I tried to get it last Friday (3/14/07?) and got the "eluding your grasp" message. Petitioned it on Sunday (3/16/07 - it had been a busy work weekend) morning and had a GM update my quest before I went back to work that night.
