Apparently I need help

So from what I've been hearing from almost everyone i talk to lately, i as a necro should be doing minimum 3k dps in a t8 raid. The problem is, I can only pull about 2500 or so usually and 3-4k with a lifeburn or undead tide. Before RoK, i was top parsing almost every fight at around 2k dps in a Freeport only raid force. Since then there haven't been any changes in my spell order and my AA's have only gotten better because i have more to spend. Self buffed i can obtain more than 800 spell damage and 48% crit (52% with potion). My AA spec for raid is INT 44682 STR 4448 WIS 4648 Gravecalling Bloodpact and Lifeburn. Most of my gear can be found on the best necromancer gear thread and i have my fabled epic. So what the frick is wrong? The only thing i can think of is that im in a different guild now than i was in t7. I'm now in an exiled guild instead of FP only. My guild leader is putting the pressure on everyone to increase their parses but i seem to have hit a wall...Any suggestions?

Maybe my spell order does need to be adjusted...
1. Mortality mark
2. Drawing of souls
3. Imps
4. Grave
5. Soulrot
6. Bloodcoil
7. Pestilence
8. Soulrot
9. Lifetap
10. Repeat 5-9
11. Renew debuffs as needed
12. Reapply limited pets if time permits
13. Consumption and master strike during dispatches

For lifeburn i try to time it on a dispatch, though im not sure dispatch affects lifeburn. If its up, i use unstopable soul on myself, then consumption then lifeburn then lifetap soulrot etc...

Thats really all the info i can give you guys. Please look it over and tell me what I'm doing wrong. If you need some info that i left out, ask and i'll try to provide it.

P.S. Personally I think im doing almost everything i can, but i'm posting this so that my guild leader cant accuse me of not exploring all possibilities. Personally i think its a group settup problem, i'm working with a sub-par troub, no SK, no illy (most of the time) and as much as i'd love to have a cleric of some sort, they cant keep up on the heals on lifeburn or when theres an aoe...

Take out 1,2 and 11 first off dont worry about debuffing leave that to the classes with worthwhile debuffs, try to get your spell crit as high as you can and try to get your boe above 600 at least then just work on your other order of spells to figure out what works best for you. I do think this has been covered in another thread as well where somebody gave up their cast order but somethings are better to figure out for yourself, but keep at it you will get it. Oh yeah and if your spell casting bar isnt up at any point during the fight, you are wrong

Run ACT.

This will enable you to time aes so you can blood pact your pet.

Also cast your dumbfire pets right after an ae hits so they are up the maximum amount of time. Most of the Necros looking to parse higher don't do this and it will help.

And in a raid focused guild he'd be kicked for that...friends n family might just get sat or placed in left over group. Get coil going sooner and each time it's available. Mortality mark good before lifeburning, aside from that our debuffs don't add up to much on a properly raid debuffed mob.
