Can Someone list in full the buffs we should be asking for and who they come from, and wether they should be on us or our pets, it would be a great help

Really can't ask for much on the pet unless you have an illy overflow and then maybe tandem. Other than that you should be getting UT or TC when group make-up allows for it, tandem, roa, j-cap, any kind of single target hp buff available, and bolster for lifeburns.
