Default Re: Best AA line up with TSO

I actually recommend 5 points in Summoning (the one directly below Tank pet on Necro page), and Dimensional Storage, even with Mythical pet. It's so stupidly easy for the mythical pet to die in TSO to stupid AEs that need to be cured fast, you'll appreciate being able to get your pet back up and running faster when (not if) it dies.

Then again this is coming from a Conjuror who can't cure nox on my pet (which seem the majority of AEs), and doesn't have the luxury of Blood Pact, just weak ass Animist Bond. We also have slightly more flexibility in the TSO tree than necros. But /shrug

I never looked at it like that, Ill be adjusting this line.

Next line down again is aimed at survivability and dps, master strike is nice but can't be used against every epic encounter ( suppose you could take the points from fd and put here).
I find myself using master strike a ton with TSO content, maybe this will change as legacy progresses further but I'll definitely be sticking with this... to be honest I don't really have a problem with survivablity that I've noticed. If I die, usually it's along with the rest of the raid.

And as to the debate about how much of our dps the pet accounts for, it's around 22 to 27%.
Is this pre TSO? Do the new pet spells/attacks and stat increases from the aa lines or new gear bump this up at all? In otherwords would it be worth sacrificing effects more beneficial to the caster, for pet buffs?

did you just try to prove you're good by posting a 30 second parse with lifeburn?

Lets see,
1) I said I sucked balls
2) I said 30 second parses suck
3) I analyzed it after subtracting lifeburn from it

My current AA setup. I only have 197aa so toss the 3 extra in the Shadow tree on the FD ability.

Hope this helps.

The times I tried dimensional storage my pet only died when did, so I just never found a need for it. Groups should be more than adequate for maintaining the power and hp needs of bloodpact these days.

Is there still a need for Bloodpact ? My pet seems to never be getting much AoE damage, and yet I never have BP up.

Depends what content you're raiding, in TSO bloodpact is very useful.
