Default TSO Mage items debuff Elemental, but not Noxious
this annoys me greatly because I wear both items from this thread:
Item procs need to debuff NOXIOUS in additionto Elemental

but even if you don't personally, it should annoy you on principle. help creating some noise about it, please.
