Macro use - Page 2

I only use three macros; 1. Lifeburn, 2. raidwide hearts, 3. /r rez inc on %T so that the other battle rezzers can prioritize their casting.

I also tailor my lifeburn macro that although it does go to group and not raid, I also have it set up to send a tell directly to my favorite fury to save me. He has his ACT set up to ding with the keyword lifeburn. I have made this change since some of the healers don't pay attention to the chat channels at all.

My suggestion would be to minimize any pointless chatter in the channels. Leave it for useful information. If the tank is worth anything, you shouldn't be pulling aggro off him anyway unless you are Uber.

Just some observations here...
* WHY is anyone assisting tank in a raidforce?? If u raid would u know how and who to assist. If u dont know how that works, plz Have someone to explain that for you.
*An Swedish expression are: "U cant see the forest for all the trees". I dont know if its the same in the rest of the world. But i means that the more macros, the less will people pay attention to them. Only macro u use to have in /r are when u LifeBurn and when you rez, according to what i think.
* If youre tank lose agro cose u doing a 10k masterstrike, i think u have serious problems there.

* And last to who i dont remember now... YES. masterstrike ARE the bigest hit a necro has, sad but true.

Im not saying this cose i want to be rude or mean to people who are new or less skilled to the game. But some are BASIC things u must know if u raid. Maybe the "taking agro on a 10k hit" have something to do whit "no clue how to assist".

Uhm my master strike hits for like 4k, maybe I'm... what's the opposite of "uber"? Whatever.. stop the macro-spam. Remember the tale of the guy with the sheep and wolves? Yeah, he kept spamming "wolves" so often that when he had something important to say, like a real wolf, the town gave a steaming pile of shit on him.

As for necros pulling aggro... Dude, if you're even asking, you've got a LOOOOOONG way to go before you pull aggro off any decent tank.

I was gonna say the same bout master strike, but meh, I figure mine at 4kish as well will do a crit of maybe 10k? Maybe....Does it get that high? w/e....

Your master strike should be hitting for at least 6k now, but the biggest hit for a necro is lifeburn.

/agree with Sciomar, nothing hits bigger than Lifeburn, which is in the range of 9-12k depending on your HP.

And no way MS hits fof 10k, it does not crit that high. Crit multipliers are somewhere about 1.3, and 10k would be 2.3 ish, from the top of my head. Way over stated.
